“Sorry but we still haven't received our order by the 6th As stated, when we try & track it it says not recognised. No response on an email. Love to cancel the order as we don't need the items now. Too late as we are seeing the recipients today.”

“Will change review if I hear back from company! Spent alot of money on item and never got a tracking number or anything! I emailed about my tracking as it's meant to be here tomorrow or next few days but nothing! Will wait an extra day but then I will be contacting PayPal for a refund as it's a Christmas present 😞”

“This is the first time ordering from prezzybox. What a disappointment. Delivery was supposed to be between the 3rd and 6th December,now the 9th.still waiting on a time sensitive parcel. Won't be using prezzybox again.”
