“Will change review if I hear back from company! Spent alot of money on item and never got a tracking number or anything! I emailed about my tracking as it's meant to be here tomorrow or next few days but nothing! Will wait an extra day but then I will be contacting PayPal for a refund as it's a Christmas present 😞”

“This is the first time ordering from prezzybox. What a disappointment. Delivery was supposed to be between the 3rd and 6th December,now the 9th.still waiting on a time sensitive parcel. Won't be using prezzybox again.”
