“This is the first time ordering from prezzybox. What a disappointment. Delivery was supposed to be between the 3rd and 6th December,now the 9th.still waiting on a time sensitive parcel. Won't be using prezzybox again.”

“Ordered a marshmallow advent calendar for my son. Due 1-3rd December, chased on the 6th told it would arrive on the 7th. Now 8th Dec and no response from Prezzybox. This is the first year my son has never received an advent calendar so thanks for that prezzybox. Won't be placing any further orders.”
