“I ordered an item on the 29th of November to be told it will be with me between the 2nd-5th of December. It is the 6th of December with no update as to why it is overdue and it hasn’t even been received by the courier service due to deliver it yet so at this point not sure when it will be delivered. Very poor customer service”
