“Still waiting for my order to arrive. I've sent 3 messages but with no response. Cannot track it because it says no parcel to track. If I haven't received it by the end of the week I'd like my money back please”

Thank you for leaving a review! We are extremely sorry to hear that you haven't received your order in time. Your order was delivered on 18th December. The couriers were extremely busy due to strikes and the time of year and they were experiencing delays within their network.
