Very happy with photo frame apart from only one clip at the back so couldn't get photo and glass to stay in place so had to use a bit if celotape to hold everything in place

I wasn't really very happy with my purchase. The egg cup was much smaller than it looked in the picture although it was quite cute and the personalization was nice. It was also advertised as coming with free mini eggs. I had no mini eggs!! Bit dissapointed.

my mum was very happy with her mother's day mug but the packaging i feel was not good enough as there was a big circle part at the bottom that was coming away

Lovely quality however the boxes where you write details need to be more clear, as it only said "name" and "place" I did not write the rest down which means it only came out as "Beth Gleaston" rather than "Beth's of Gleaston"- kind of making no sense. It was still loved by the receiver but I was dissapointed.

I ordered a bath gift set for £14.95 along with a personalised Unicorn Mug for £9.95. The mug was totally worth it. However, the bath set was really small with a deathly smell so wouldn't reccommend that it was a waste. However, the overall delivery was as stated everything arrived on time and was packaged well.

I first contacted Prezzybox to ask about the engraving on the compass. I was met with some confusing emails, I also got a response apologising for any confusion and that it was lunchtime so they "couldn't think past that point" - not the professional response that I was looking for. Once the compass arrived, i was slightly disappointed. The compass itself was nice, but it definitely isn't worth the price that I paid for it. It'll do, but for a big birthday gift, i was hoping for something a bit more special.

I purchased 2 Lock Light Keyrings, 1 for my Mother & 1 for my Mother in Law. Unfortunately what we thought was a swivel attachment to enable the key to move was actually a screw which came undone resulting in the light (complete with key) falling off & becoming lost causing my elderly Mother in Law to be locked out of her house. Had we realised this could happen we would have ensured that it was done up tightly. Very disappointed for what these cost and expected more!! Having said that, the delivery time was excellent!

I ordered a personalised lyric key ring, the box to fill the Kroc in was not easy to view, I emailed a query in and then also rang in confirming the lyrics, and they were typed in and amended whilst on the phone. The order still arrived wrong, (wanted it for birthday today) , made further call and there is a further tag being prepared, but missed birthday which is disappointing after chasing listed above , staff on the phone very nice , helpful and apologetic though, but as mentioned fault was not rectified.
