“Can't in all honesty say I was happy with Prezzy box having ordered a newspaper for a special birthday, which unfortunately they were unable to provide. They were able to take my money at the time of purchase though, however after telling me the item was unavailable the refund did not appear in my account for a couple of days. Their communications were excellent especially as it was the Christmas period.so top marks for that i'm only sorry things didn't work out.”

“I love the website and the gifts. The items came lovely and quick too. I would have given 5 Star's, however the box of the product inside the postage packaging was battered, ripped and broken completely, and the instructions missing from inside.”

“Happy- good selection of gifts and I found an item in the paper that I bought from you quite close to Christmas and it came in good time. Unfortunately although the outer packaging box was in excellent condition, the box the present was in was all dented and scruffy and was clearly packed and put in the outer box in that condition. The lack of concern by Prezzybox is very disappointing.”

“The items that arrived were brilliant. Unfortunately after taking payment and emailing me to say my items had been dispatched, I received a second email stating that one item was out of stock and would follow on once back in stock. This was a Christmas present which I am still waiting for. If this wasn't the case I would gladly have given 5 stars.”

“The necklace arrived on time as promised. I wish the packaging could have been of better quality and ended up buying another box to put it in as the original packaging looks cheap. Pendant had a clamp mark on it when it must have been clamped for engraving.”
