“One box took 10 days to arrive and came damaged. The other contained picture frames, one of which was damaged as well.”

“Everything was well packaged, no problem with my order itself...however I would change your delivery company, they thought it was acceptable to throw my parcel over a 6ft gate into my back garden. Despite the fact that I'd placed a note in the window next to the front door to ask that it was delivered to a specific neighbour next door if we weren't in.”

“My purchase of 'chocolate topitoffs' was disappointing- I ordered two packs and, although they were delivered well within the expected time, the contents of one pack was damaged and the top layers of discs were completely smashed. I had purchased these as secret Santa presents and it was too late to try to reorder so I admit that I have not been able to give Prezzybox a chance to rectify the problem. I personally feel that the packaging was inadequate for such fragile items.”

“Part of my order didn't arrive (was out of stock) but I wasn't told about it and had to chase it up, which I wouldn't have minded but they were Christmas presents. Customer service did apologise and offer a refund though.”

“Prezzy box delivered the product in good condition and reasonably priced. My order was misdirected bin transit to the wrong depot and delayed by about 3-4 days almost missing the the event I had bought it for. Their customer service team were good at resolving this though.”
