“when I was filling out the questionnaire telling you a bit about my man & I I gave options for you to pic as it says , between each one but all was put it other wise it would have been 5* I haven't finished reading only started chapter 2 so perhaps in a day or 2 as it's valentines thank you Toyota hilux didn't have a boot it's a 4x4 with crew cabin open back thought you done a little research about the cars & places the people in the book were from do it would be a bit real I now know that my to fave perfumes will be in it at s point as my husbands shirt was Red, White, Blue, Black lol perhaps putting in the questionnaire just 1 but it says tell me a bit about your self so My husband & I did Thanks for the servious next 1 I order from you I will put just 1 of each as there's another 2 I want to read now”

“I was quite disappointed when my package eventually arrived. The postman didn't even knock on the door to give me this parcel. When I got it home it had two stratches on the glass and considering I paid £20 for this I was dissatisfied.”

“Delivery was exceptional. the lightshade is superb (price and quality matched), the bracelet I expected more from and found it poor quality for the price which is a shame as it looked really solid and chunky in the pictures. It was bought as a gift - now i'm unsure and am considering getting something different”

“The items I bought were intended as gifts and were sent direct to the recipients, so I cannot comment on the quality of the goods. The recipients expressed thanks for the gifts but no additional comments as to the quality of the items. The goods arrived in time for Christmas, so there were no delivery problems. My criticism would be that the website/ company is not set up to deal with providing a gift service - no gift wrap service nor the possibility of adding personalised messages. There was also a problem regarding making the payment online which required me to contact the company directly. This added an extra layer of difficulty that I would have preferred to avoid - so not the best online experience compared to other companies (eg: Amazon).”
