I made two orders, one for my wife and one with my wife for presents for others, the second order arrived first? Yet the order for my wife had one item missing, I only ordered six items, come on hardly a wopping list!

Great website but still waiting on delivery on one of my orders (101634881). However, I have asked for when it will be delivered on your website query page. So I will be worried next time if the item will be delivered when requested.

The item was late by nearly a week. When I enquired, the communications were good, but No sorry or anything along those lines.

Website was easy to use and items were despatched quickly. Packaging needs to be improved as I was able to take the items out of the box without removing any tap. The courier also left it lying in the back garden in the rain

Ordering was quite easy, but I could not keep track of the item online it wasn't available for the product, possibly because it was personalised. Therefore, I was concerned when I received an email saying it had been dispatched on 13 Dec, but the recipient hadn't received it by 19 Dec. However, it was collected today 20 Dec by the recipient.

You needs better packaging as chocolate toppers are bound to break if just wrapped in a plastic bag and mine were broken

The items were as expected, delivery was prompt, however, I didn't like how your system assumed the Billing address was the same as the Delivery address, which it wasn't. I did email you about this and you did respond to confirm this wasn't an issue, which it turns out wasn't as the deliveries made it to their destination. However, I was told by the recipient that the delivery name ended up being a mismatch of the recipients first name and my surname. I checked back on the order and I definitely had the correct first & last name typed in for delivery so not sure what happened there at your end? Note, when you see the same address on both delivery & billing it becomes troubling because you're not sure if the order will actually go through because of the wrong billing address. Which then requires the customer to contact you to confirm, this is somewhat annoying! Would be much better to be able to clearly put in a delivery address & a billing address, (like most online sites I visit). Thanks

Three stars is happy is it? Okay... 'Happy' with the variety of gifts available and the personalisation of gifts. The orders came within a few days which was good but on a few of the items the personalised message is extremely faint or not there basically! So if I was going to use Prezzybox again I would make sure I ordered weeks in advance to avoid giving incomplete presents. Also one item of bubble bath leaking terribly!

Although the order arrived quickly, the item did not come with working batteries. The ones provided must have been old or low quality, because the button did not function with them. If I had not had any at home, it would have made an embarrassing gift! Slightly disappointed.

The gifts themselves were of a good quality but the delivery was awful. It was delivered to another house but they couldn't tell me where or who signed for it. Was told I would receive a redelivery next day free of charge but came two days later. The customer service team were helpful but not particularly apologetic.

The wrong name was put on the bracelet I ordered although I have been promised a replacement I'm still waiting for it if I recieve it then il be very happy but I am still waiting and it was an important Christmas present

Overall I was happy with my purchases, except for the crazy cat lady mug which was damaged on arrival. I have requested for this to be returned as it was not up to satisfaction as it was meant to be a gift for Christmas.

I did not receive my order as it went missing with Hermes. However the Prezzybox customer service was really helpful and I have been offered a full refund, so I can't fault Prezzybox themselves. I would be wary of shopping there again unless they change their delivery providers, though, which is a shame.

Everything was good. Except for the compass, it came in as broken, how can I get it exchanged or returned. Rest everything was satisfying. Could like to continue buying
