“All of my previous experiences with Prezzybox have been good but this time, the parcel arrived after the estimated delivery date and one item of my order was completely different to what I had ordered. This was a great inconvenience because it was for someone's birthday. However, it was quickly resolved the next day, by way of the correct item being delivered and a free post label being sent as soon as I contacted customer support.”

The only trouble (in my case) seems to be with the partner company who had to be prompted to send the gift certificate - but thank you to Prezzybox for getting straight onto sorting it out once I alerted you to the problem.”

“I loved the item so much! Unfortunately it was slightly damaged when it arrived and had a dent on the top but I had run out of time so couldn't return it before gifting it! Such a shame as the quality of the actual item was incredible! Was just gutted that it was slightly damaged as doesn't look like it's worth as much as I paid for it. Regardless, my best friend loved it! Wouldn't be the first place I'd buy from again purely because of the damage, but wouldn't write it off completely as had the item arrived in perfect condition I would've been over the moon.”

“Well, I will tell you how Prezzybox.com made me unhappy. The things I received were not in a good condition, the packaging of the actual item (Rubik's cube) was damaged. and the book looks very old. The courier left the package in my garbage bin for which I am not even mad, I think that is brilliant, although I was thankful garbage people did not come and picked it that day.”
