“I was able to get a present for a friend when I was short of time BUT I could not tell from the website any details of the Spa Day, such as how many treatments. I have no feed back yet re spa day as my friend has not used it yet.”

“Good delivery time/cost and slightly cheaper than elsewhere but disappointed that upon receipt, it says not suitable for direct planting, only with pots/saucers. Can't see this anywhere in the description. Stamping looks good although not totally happy with the paint job on the front of the planter. Overall, looks ok but a little disappointed given the price”

The items arrived separately as they are both personalised items which come from separate suppliers. Each take a different amount of time in production. “After reading some of the reviews I was really worried but had already placed my order, was pleasantly surprised when 2 hours after I had ordered something , it was on its way and arrived 3 days later, sadly the quality of the item which was a birthday gift was sadly lacking, my husband who opened it and phoned me at work said it looked like something from a pound shop”
