The package came quick however the box looked like it had already been used before. Also I added a personal message when ordering however it was no where to be found.

The gifts are brilliant. But, the box was very damaged when it arrived also it arrived a day later than stated.

It is a lovely item but you have to use a magnifier to see it . It's tiny and virtually invisible

I’m not sure if it was down to you or Royal Mail but my package was open when I got it and I was able to visibly see what I had purchased.

The products are great, however, when my parcel came the book looked like it had been opened and was all ripped down one side. I was not happy as it looked like the box was thrown about without care.

Pity there prices did show that they were Vat exclusive. When VAT and Postage is added to the order value is does not look attractive and overpriced.

I placed an order on the 18th November 2017 and the estimated time for delivery stated on the email was 21 - 22/11. I have not received another email other than the original one sent when I ordered the items. I am still awaiting on my dispatch email detailing when my delivery will please. I would really appreciate an update. Kind regards.

The personalised book was lovely but unfortunately it has a small black mark on the front cover. It’s not terrible but it’s a shame. Might be a print error.

Speedy delivery, although box it came in is horrible, small and flimsy. Not great as it’s obviously a gift!! It would put me off ordering in the future!

Some of the ideas presented on the website had me chuckling. However most items I'd rate as stocking fillers, not major gifts. The quality is of the "cheap & cheerful" standard, as reflected by the price.

Fast delivery but flimsy cardboard packaging arrived open, contents were all there and in good condition but some sticky tape would be safer. I’m luck my postman didn’t like marmite popcorn I assume.
