Delivered within the time frame, lovely gifts, cheap. However, when I received my parcel, all three items were squashed into a box. When I opened the box I found one of my items box was open and completely squashed. It doesn't look great to give as a present so I'm not very happy with this. The outer Packaging with the all three parcels was fine, it was just my item that was squashed as it was squeezed in to the parcell.

I ordered a cat shaped wine glass for my friend for her birthday. The wine glass is lovely and I know she's going to love it. Delivery was quick. However, the wine glass is scratched in places. The product itself has obviously not been dealt with care.

Delivery was prompt and price was as ok but condition of item left a lot to be desired I doubt o will buy from there again as it was a Xmas present that I’m not sure I will give as I’m not impressed with the quality sadly

Arrived without packaging to hold the two games boxes, just clear parcel taped together with labels and receipt taped on too. The games are no longer surprise gifts as they were seen on delivery. The game itself is basic value for the price paid.

Website good, delivery quick but the mans mug i ordered wasnt intact,the spirit level had come away from the cup and had been left inside so we had to glue it back on ourselves! Not happy as wasnt expecting to have to buy glue also!

Gift arrived a bit later than expected but not too bad. When I emailed to ask about it I got no reply to my first email after 48 hrs and my second hasn't been answered yet (20 hrs) either. Would have given 5 stars if I'd been contacted.

The order arrived timely and nothing seemed damaged, however I ordered one of the personalised Haynes manuals of marriage, amongst other items and I have to say it is very disappointing, it is so small and very thin , not at all as I expected. I also ordered the whiskey Haynes manual which was as expected and great. I don't feel the personalised marriage one is worth the money at all.
