“Slow service, very slow, for such a small item 3.99 per delivery and of course it didn't came in time, I regret buying stuff from you!”

“The delivery was fast except the order contained a lower grade item than the one I ordered ( came with no storagebox) but the price was still the same.”

“I ordered an item from yourself about a week ago and it had arrived and everything fine. My only issue is that it isnt actually what I ordered. Its the same product just a different brand than was advertised (didnt come in a storage box). As you couldnt send the original item I ordered you replaced it with a lower grade item and didnt give any compensation which I am slightly disappointed with.”

“I answered acceptable because hopefully the personailized gift I ordered is not the same case as the two books I ordered, the are so tiny I am quite sure it does not give that impression online. However, I am going to keep them as they are a gift for a wedding.”

“It was a present to my sister-in-law whose birthday was on Thursday. However, the parcel was left with a neighbour with no follow-up card to say where it was, so she did not receive it until Saturday. She is pleased with the box, so that is all that matters! Many thanks. Pauline Fox”

“Ok, nice range of gifts but the items are not well looked after. Well packaged but one box had battered corners and the plastic window was scratched and dusty and the other box was completely squashed and very battered looking. Not at all good when intending to give as gifts.”

“Nice products but it would be nice to have postage discount for first purchase. I paid almost as much postage as the cost of the item. This would put me off using Pressybox, despite good service and great communication, quick dispatch, etc”
