I never received the item and the customer service doesn't even know if and when it's going to be delivered. I ordered this December 21 2017 and it's January 3 2018! Disappointing, never shopping from this shop again.

I have not booked the experience yet, so I can comment on it. However I was not happy to find that the e-voucher took about a week to arrive, when on the website said you would get it instantly. This was a birthday present for my niece and I was not able to give her the gift on her birthday until later.

The present I ordered hasn't arrived a week later no new one sent and told I have to wait ten more days for refund doubt I'll even be reimbursed!

Didn't arrive. No information until I followed up weeks later (after Xmas). Just got a refund.

Meant to make purchase to meet an upcoming event at short notice. Delivery timeframe was stated to be 3 days at the website however after making payment, received email saying that delivery is delayed. Very frustrating as only got the item 5 days later and missed the secret Santa deadline. Will not buy from here again if an emergency.

Ordered the socks 25th December - received an email they were out of stock and was asked if I wanted a refund as it was not known when new stock would arrive. Received no socks and to date no refund. Very poor and your last email stated someone from Prezzybox would be in touch - still waiting. Deidre Duxbury
