Item never turned up!! Contacted customer services and they said Royal Mail were having trouble delivering due to adverse weather conditions! This was a month ago, never use this website!!!

Having ordered this gift for Christmas I am still waiting for it on the 3rd January after paying for express delivery. Still have not heard a thing about the order except to review it. Unacceptable. I will be seeking a refund for the delivery.

I never received the item and the customer service doesn't even know if and when it's going to be delivered. I ordered this December 21 2017 and it's January 3 2018! Disappointing, never shopping from this shop again.

The box came later than promised and ripped with only half the contents inside , overall I will say I'm unimpressed and won't be purchasing from prezzy box again a complete waste of money

Awful. Promised delivery before Christmas. Took my Christmas money. Then cancelled parts of my order. Ruined my Christmas. Do not order from this website!!! Had to chase them for a refund and didn't get what they had chosen to deliver until after Christmas. Terrible website. You left me with no money or presents over Christmas!!!

We went through a warehouse and delivery fulfilment change last year which has caused delivery issues for a number of our customer orders over the Christmas period. We're very sorry to have let you down and we've been working to rectify these issues to the best possible outcome. The last thing we want is to disappoint our customers and can assure you that we are working to improve our services to a much higher quality. I can see that your refund was processed after your first contact with us, however refunds can take up to 5 days to transfer back to your bank which will have caused a delay in its return. Deeply disappointed, recieved gift late! 2days when paid £5 for next day delivery. This was a secret santa and I had no gift to pass on relying on this delivery. Wrote a complaint but no response ...

Prezzybox have asked me to write a review for an item which I didn’t even receive! They cancelled this item when my other item had been delivered and I wasn’t even told about it - poor service from Prezzybox, I won’t be shopping from here again.

I still haven’t received this item, which I ordered nearly 2 weeks ago and was supposedly dispatched to the Yodel delivery service 11 days ago. Prezzybox twitter help team has not responded to any of my queries and neither has Yodel, but Yodel has told me they haven’t received the item at all... will give this a proper review once I receive the damn thing.

Hi it's now the 28th of December and it still hasn't arrived, it was meant too be a secret santa gift but that's pretty pointless now, all I'm asking for is a full refund including postage, if it does eventually turn up I'll happy post it back as it is no longer needed or wanted

DO NOT use this company. They sent me unusable damaged goods. Customer service ignored my emails. Had to raise a case via PayPal to get a refund.

The towels should have been a pair but only one towel arrived as they had run out of the second towel. Why would you only send one towel???
