Ordered a box of chocolates (102405940) on 2nd January for a colleague that was leaving on 5th Jan. Date expected was between 03/01 - 05/01. I still have not received them and its 10th Jan. Contatcted customer services on Friday 5th and got a response on Monday 8th saying they should be with me that day but still nothing.

Thank you for your feedback. We are sorry that you haven't received your item. Your order was dispatched on the 3rd January and it should of been delivered by now. We can of course issue a refund or a replacement? Would you be able to let us know directly which you would prefer and we will then action this for you?

I would leave 0 stars if it were possible. I paid for my order over 10 days ago, with the promise of next day delivery. Still no order, and only 1 response from "customer service" asking which item I didn't have!!!! Still no order nor refund, the birthday for which they were intended has long passed, and no response from prezzybox at all....!!!

Thank you for your feedback. Having investigated your order it would appear that standard delivery service was chosen at the checkout so unfortunately, next day delivery was not possible. However, please do not hesitate to let us know if you are still waiting for your items.

My parcel did not arrive within the time window specified......and four days later is still not with me. It has missed my daughter's Birthday and Prezzy Box don't seem to care. Perhaps you should be chasing my order rather than asking me for a review.......Yes, I have called you twice. Once this morning to be told that you don't open until 08:30....oooops it is 08:44.

Ordered something for Saturday 29th December and selected Saturday delivery as I required thee item for the Sunday for a NYE party. It didn't arrive so I wrote to complain and ask for a refund as the item was only required for that one occasion. I paid extra for Saturday delivery, if I wanted standard next week delivery which I received, I wouldn't have paid extra. Plus, if I'd known I wouldn't receive the delivery that was sold to me, I wouldn't have even placed the order. Response came from prezzybox. They told me I didn't order Saturday delivery as I only paid £6 and that if I wanted Saturday delivery I should have paid £10. Now, I know exactly what I ordered as I am capable of reading and making considered decisions. I know the £10 option was for next day delivery to arrive BEFORE MIDDAY but not on a Saturday so that was offering Tuesday 2nd delivery. Now, this is the distinction between Saturday ANYTIME delivery for £6 and NEXT (week)DAY BEFORE MIDDAY delivery for £10. So, as you see, there was just the one option, the one I selected. I have replied back to customer service with a screenshot of the options customers are presented with as they clearly need re-education. I also reasserted that I do not want the item as it arrived too late and that I expect a full refund including postage. They have since ceased to reply to my complaint.

Orderd my items on 12th Dec thinking I had plenty of time to receive my items before xmas, instead I got an email to say the items have been delivered to me or 1 or my neighbours but they definatly was not delivered to me, so I emailed them and they asked me to check with neighbours and my garden? I had already done this and as someone was in all day I no it should not of gone anywere else so emailed them back to say it must have gone to the wrong address and I've been waiting for a reply ever since and it's now the 6th of Jan and I'm very disappointed! Ive been an online shopper for years and never had a problem like this ever! I'm very disappointed and would advise peaple to stay well away, especially after reading all the other reviews

Placed an order before Christmas for gifts for my family to be delivered directly to them as I live about 500 miles away, I received an email to say the order was confirmed and would be there before Christmas, as it got closer there was no sign of it, I logged in to the tracker and it said the order had been completed so I hoped it would just be close to delivery, by Christmas Eve there was nothing and had to send money to family instead, I got an email on 28 December to say the order still hadn't been dispatched as 1 item was out of stock, despite receiving confirmation everything was fine, and asking if I still wanted to continue the order, I didn't. Very disappointed, will not use this site again.

We went through a warehouse and delivery fulfilment change last year which has caused problems for a number of our customer orders over the Christmas period. Impossible to give a review as I still haven’t received it, even though I ordered it on the 14th December. Quite awkward at Christmas when I couldn’t give my fiancé his xmas gift. Shannon Burns.
