“Order was never received despite been told on 2 occasions that it was dispatched. As this was for Christmas presents the very least they could have e mailed to let me no I would not have them for Christmas . refund given however I would say overall very poor customer service”

“if i could give less than 1 star i would! delivery was 2 days late and then this item got cancelled without the company even letting me know, they have still taken the money out of my account though! No one responds to emails or phone calls, scammers!!”

“I am disgusted with the parcel i have recived from you, 1 the package was open when i recived it. 2 i havent got the whole of the gift i only have two tubes not 5. 3 the tubes that i do have are smashed up and broken 4 the whole package is ripped apart I am really not happy with this as it was meant to be a christmas presant and it had come in a mess!!! And it wasnt cheap!”

“Didnt receive the delivery. I tried to contact Yopel to discuss the delivery suggested it had been delivered. Couldn't get in touch. So gave up. Had some many other important things to do in lead up to Christmas. V disappointed.”

“Hi it's now the 28th of December and it still hasn't arrived, it was meant too be a secret santa gift but that's pretty pointless now, all I'm asking for is a full refund including postage, if it does eventually turn up I'll happy post it back as it is no longer needed or wanted”
