Awful. Promised delivery before Christmas. Took my Christmas money. Then cancelled parts of my order. Ruined my Christmas. Do not order from this website!!! Had to chase them for a refund and didn't get what they had chosen to deliver until after Christmas. Terrible website. You left me with no money or presents over Christmas!!!

Hello, thank you for your feedback for your Prezzybox experience. We’re very sorry to hear that you have had trouble with your order on this occasion. Some products will have been cancelled due to lack of stock. We can see that you contacted us on the 28th and 29th and were refunded within the day. Refunds tend to take between 3-5 working days to be processed by the bank which will delay the refund. Again, we apologise that you have had so much trouble with your order, Prezzybox.

Having ordered this gift for Christmas I am still waiting for it on the 3rd January after paying for express delivery. Still have not heard a thing about the order except to review it. Unacceptable. I will be seeking a refund for the delivery.

I never received the item and the customer service doesn't even know if and when it's going to be delivered. I ordered this December 21 2017 and it's January 3 2018! Disappointing, never shopping from this shop again.

I ordered a Christmas present which the order stated would be delivered between 18th - 21st December. Royal Mail tried to deliver it on 27th December.

After paying extra for next day delivery I received my item around five days later. Had I had known this I would have not paid the extra. When I emailed to cI'm plain about this I received nothing back. Not happy about his service

terrible. Items were dispatched late. Notice to expedite to pre-noon delivery was overlooked. Courier routed parcel to wrong depot, resulting in 24 hour delay. Parcel arrive with 2 items damaged (including a mug which was broken into a dozen pieces). Whilst your customer service compensated me, there is no way I will order from Prezzybox again, nor would I recommend anyone else do say. The "busy Christmas period" is not a valid excuse for the numerous issues that I encountered.

The goods still hadn't arrived at the time of receipt of this email. As I was calling regularly to find out why the package hadn't come despite assurances that delivery was imminent, this email asking for a review just increased my stress, as it implied that the package had been sent, which it hadn't. I asked Customer Services to just tell me if it wasn't coming so that I could rush out and buy alternatives, but they kept saying it was coming. I sent the gifts to the USA and they arrived after Christmas. It was a nightmare. I'll never use you again.
