Absolutely shocking service. I ordered 60 items as Christmas presents from your 'Stocking Fillers' category. The order confirmation stated an estimated delivery of 19th-22nd December. Not only did the order not turn up as promised but I received an email on the 28th December to say that, due to 1 item being out of stock, the order hadn't yet gone out and did we want to hold on to the rest of the order until that item was back in stock. Why did nobody get in touch BEFORE the estimated delivery date to alert me to this problem so that the rest of the order could have gone out?! This gave me no time to organise alternative presents - instead we had to go without. We have been promised a full refund but I would suggest you need to go a step further to compensate for the situation.

DO NOT use this company. They sent me unusable damaged goods. Customer service ignored my emails. Had to raise a case via PayPal to get a refund.

Unfortunately, my order hasn't even arrived yet. I understand it has been busy with deliveries over the Christmas period. However, I was promised it would arrive between the 22nd-27th December.

This is not actually a review of the product as I never actually received the product - more a review of the Prezzybox website and is the second time I have responded to an invitation to review. I notice I have just received a third invitation to review! This company appears to be desperate to publicise unsatisfactory experiences of customers. First and needless to say last experience of using Prezzybix.

I received an e-mail on Dec 19th informing me the item had been despatched. I only received it on Dec 27th. This is a long time to wait especially when you said the latest due date was Dec 23rd. I will not use your company ever again.

I still haven’t received this item, which I ordered nearly 2 weeks ago and was supposedly dispatched to the Yodel delivery service 11 days ago. Prezzybox twitter help team has not responded to any of my queries and neither has Yodel, but Yodel has told me they haven’t received the item at all... will give this a proper review once I receive the damn thing.

Prezzybox have asked me to write a review for an item which I didn’t even receive! They cancelled this item when my other item had been delivered and I wasn’t even told about it - poor service from Prezzybox, I won’t be shopping from here again.

Deeply disappointed, recieved gift late! 2days when paid £5 for next day delivery. This was a secret santa and I had no gift to pass on relying on this delivery. Wrote a complaint but no response ...

The box came later than promised and ripped with only half the contents inside , overall I will say I'm unimpressed and won't be purchasing from prezzy box again a complete waste of money

I'm sure they are lovely but after emailing twice and receiving no reply I still have not received them , it is now nearly two weeks
