“Awful service. Charged a premium for next day delivery. But turned up a day late. Called to complain but no response. Better off with known companies than back alley ‘companies’ or crooks shall i say..”

“Very disappointed as I never received the replacement which was to be sent as one of the 2 sets of Ginspiration arrived smashed. I now look forward to a refund as I had to go out at the last minute and buy another gift.”

“Can’t comment on the mug as I haven’t received it yet but score is for service. Ordered on the 14th December, paid extra for Christmas delivery, after I ordered it it then said delivery between 21st and 26th(too late payment had been made) then later an email saying delivery might be two days late due to couriers struggling in the ice. Final insult repeated requests to review the Mug.”

“Didn't even turn up after paying extra for Christmas delivery. Was guaranteed by prezzybox that it would arrive in time, I ordered at like the middle of December. Gift ruined. Waiting for money to be returned.”
