“Basically I paid £3.99 for postage that said it would arrive in time for a particular date but it arrived 2 days late six i couldn’t use it for the planned gift. So no i wasn’t happy to be fare and £3.99 is too much for postage”

“When I track the package, it says it has been delivered. I have not yet received delivery of this item and its too late to have it on time for Christmas. I am heavily disappointed in the poor quality of service I've received.”

“It never showed up! 'sent' on 12th but not here and so no present for christmas from one son to the other. when i reported that it hadnt arrived the reply was ' its on its way'...well it wasnt. I expect a refund. very disappointed.”
