I have still received nothing after more than 1 week. According to the site, delivery takes 1 to 3 days. There’s no tracking available and the parcelForce customer service doesn’t reply my query. I’m starting to think I’ll receive nothing. I want a refund

For a present delivery company, you were unable to actually wrap my gifts! I also ordered three things which I was hoping would be delivered as a package.. turns out they were all shipped individually. I will not be using Prezzybox again, was very disappointed with the service.

I ordered a gift set before 1pm on Monday with a delivery date of 2-3 working days; I was advised specifically that my gift would be with me on that Thursday - it wasn't. When calling customer service for the first time, I was told the delivery dates are 'only advisable and not guaranteed', I was again told specifically that my item would be with me on the Thursday, again, it wasn't. Thursday came around, still no parcel from these guys so, I called customer service and spoke with someone called 'Lisa' who then told me the delivery dates aren't guaranteed and they cannot do anything about my order not being received. She told me to carry on waiting on this item in hope it will be delivered on Monday - again, nothing arrived! Still to this date, I have NOT received my item and at no point have I had an apology from this company for my inconvenience and the lack of transparency when ordering items via this site. All in all, my experience has been awful; I certainly wouldn't be wasting my money with these guys.

Absolute garbage, ordered a engraved present for a 70th Birthday. Paid extra to get it delivered on the day and the delivery never arrived. Rang to chase late afternoon to be told the item is discontinued and I’ll be refunded in a few days. Just what I didn’t need on the day of the Birthday. Will never use or recommend this firm again. The order was placed 2 days before and the supplier would have known they would not fulfill but sent no contact. Awful service.

Perfect inscription, great delivery timing, very poor quality mug. What a let down, if only the product was a higher standard I would have bought again. Regards Miss k audley

You failed to deliver my goods even though I gave you 5 days to do this!! And these were working days!! Wow what postal service did you use?? I will never use you again and I will be tell every one I know to do the same. What a rubbish company.

Having paid for a delivery service, to be told a week ago it’s been dispatched with a 3-5 day delivery service and still hasn’t arrived!! Must be coming via that new delivery service called a carrier pigeon!!

My item never arrived. It was supposed to arrive on 14th Feb. (I ordered it on the 8th). I tried to track it but I was told by pressie box that type of item can’t be tracked. They said I need to contact my local sorting office as it could be there as they don’t always leave a card. My sorting office hadn’t got it either. Still waiting for my item as pressie box is redelivering it.

Ordered Monday 5 Feb still haven't received the item on 13 Feb. Estimate delivery was between 7-9 Feb, got an email from you !track your order! tried that can't track Royal mail it said, called the office and was told delivery is only estimated. You just might as well say your order will be with you within 52 weeks, Appalling service.

Thank you for your feedback. We are sorry that you are disappointed with the service you have received. Many of the smaller items purchased are sent by Royal Mail and this service cannot be tracked. However, we are always more than happy to send out an item if we feel it was lost in the post but you initially contacted us on the 9th February so it still had time to arrive. If you have still not received your item then please contact us on cstream@prezzybox.com and we can arrange a replacement or a refund. Once again we apologise that you have been unhappy with the service.

The item bears no resemblance to the photo online. Quality is awful and the packaging was very poor. So disappointed and now have to go and get another gift instead. Won't be using this site again.

Pathetic!! Terrible customer support staff and service.. so slow. Paid extra for next day shipping but it got delivered after 3 days. Horrible experience. Wld nvr shop Nd refer prezzybox to anyone.

I cannot track my order and the order number, given to me by yourselves, is not recognised as being in the GlobalE database!! Has it really been sent?

Ordered a balloon gift for my little daughter as a treat to cheer her up as she was going in for an operation. I ordered it a week in advance & requested it for the 30th Jan to be delivered! First of all I still haven't had a email to say my order has been dispatched, my daughter has already had her operation so I've had to buy her another balloon to cheer her up & why would the let me request a date for delivery if they couldn't follow up my request! Also I still have not received my balloon & it cost me £30 Not a happy customer at all
