My order was lost in transit and I was not informed it wasn’t until I rung up to check the location of my order they told me, but a full refund was offered.

I ordered a mother's Day gift last week said would come Tuesday or Wednesday it's now Saturday ,sent email Friday still not heard from them ,what shall I do now my son is gutted ,,,

Delivery still hasn't arrived yet even though I ordered it on the 1st of march and it said it would be delivered by the 9th of march! Now I have no present to give my mum on Mother's Day. Absolutely livid. Disgusting company.

I ordered, hoping it would come in time for a friends birthday but as the snow was very bad I understood but it’s been a little over a week and I still haven’t received my items.

Ordered over a week ago and still waiting. I have only given 1 star because it would not allow me to put 0! I would never recommend a company like this. More than likely miss Mother’s day which is what the gift was intended for

Ordered something that was IN STOCK on the website, 1 left to be correct. Received an email telling me my order was being processed. Following day i received another email to tell me that infact my item was out of stock. I have been chasing this order for days now and keep being told 'the supplier will be getting the item to us shortly' will not be using prezzybox again

I am extremely disappointed as I ordered chocolates for my mum for mothers day and they haven't arrived. They were supposed to come between the 27th and 1st of March but still aren't here. I am expecting a full refund as I will not be using this service again. ☹

A lovely bouquet of flowers arrived but it wasn't what I ordered. I particularly wanted the brown bear holding the bouquet ( which incidently was what I payed for!! How does that work? Will you refund the money difference? I was not happy and some of the balloons were flat. Thank you Louise

I bought the add ease massage roll as a present for my mum. I've just give her it and within 5 minutes, it split open and all the little balls came running out. I've had to sellotape it together. Not very impressed. Wouldn't recommend

I still haven’t received my order and when I track it online it just gives me an estimated delivery date of 23-02-2018 to 27-02-2018. The persons birthday they gift was for has now passed.

The item I bought was broken twice! Both in the same place! Although someone sent a new one out straight away it was broken, once again!
