Delivery was great and within the timescale you said. The box it came in was scuffed, and the wooden presentation box had a chunk out of it. The compass looks scuffed and the compass pointer appears much looser than it should be. This is a gift for a colleague who is retiring and I am wondering whether to start again as the gift doesn't look as good as I expected it to.

My first impression withh prezziebox has turned out to be a complete disaster. Would never recommend this to a friend or family mrmber

I ordered something as a gift and I still have never received it I ordered it is January and it's now March. I have had nothing from them to explain why my order never appeared.

Ordered so ready for mothersday and days later. The 'new' delivery company's fault and when I called got told that there is no way to check... Find that hard to believe. Product itself as expected but customer service NO good and information on website misleading. Tip: Deliver what's promised and mistakes will be made but how you fix them will determine long-term future success!

I still haven't received my order which I purchased on the 9 March (10 days ago). I also have not had an explanation from your team despite making a complaint 4 times. Pretty much the worst service I have ever experienced and if I do not have a reply from your team within the next 24 hours I will be requesting the full amount I spent to be returned as frankly this has been a shambles. Thank you for ruining my friend's birthday.

The order was fine when it finally arrived. However it did not arrive in the estimated delivery dates, which is understandable due to weather, but when I contacted Prezzybox asking for an update I was met with no response. I am still waiting for someone to reply to my email. Its pretty poor form to be asking for a review when not a single person from your team has got back to me re my delivery question. 24-48 hours respond time? We're onto day 7 of silence. Products are fab, customer service is the worst.

When placing order for mothers day I was told it would be deliver 1 - 3 days which would have made it a Tuesday. Order should have been delivered on Wednesday 14th March and still no order. It was t get delivered to my mother in law and now she hasn't received it and away on holiday for 2 weeks. Was no point in ordering it and I won't be using this service again.!!

The delivery times I was given were wrong it arrived 2 days after the stated times and was late for the birthday it was ordered for

Ordered goods on Wednesday 7th March 2018, requested and paid for a special next day delivery. Send further email Saturday 10th March to find that you only open Monday to Friday. The present was for my children to give to their mother on Mothers day. Order finally arived Tuesday 13th March. really unhappy with this service.

The item took far to long to arrive! Was ordered on the 7th and didn't get delivered until the 15th. I ordered the balloon teddy holding flowers . Two were sent and are way smaller than the 12 inch × 14 inch. Don't understand why I got two either

Ordered a present and paid £5.99 to ensure it arrived before Mother's Day. It hasn't arrived at all and I haven't even been sent an email explaining where my package is or why it didn't arrive on time.
