I ordered a gift for my daughters first mothers day along with a card order was dispatched on the 7th and still not received till Monday 12th when I complained was informed it was the fault of Royal Mail not good experience nother happy .

If i could give 0 stars I would. Ordered a spa day e-voucher for Mother's Day, which has still not been sent. I got an email shortly after placing my order stating it was "dispatched" but of course nothing came. I called them approx 24 hours after the order and was told to wait 24 hours. The woman I spoke to didn't even take any details from me. To be honest I'm not even sure this is a legitimate company, as when I called there was no IVR/automated system/pre-recorded message. Currently waiting to claw my £55 back through PayPal. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS PLACE, IT IS A SCAM!

Ordered something on the 5th and asked that it be delivered by 9th. It was a Mother's Day pressie. Item didn't arrive til 13/3/18. I sent several emails which were not answered within the 24/48 hours specified. All you could do was apologize but that didn't save my embarrassment when my poor mother received nothing on Mother's Day. I would have thought a refund of the items purchased and the postage would be the least you could do. Instead, all I got was an apology.

My items have still not arrived and it’s gone over the delivery date. I’ve emailed and haven’t heard back! So disappointed.

There was no communication after the order. You said email, track the order and write a feedback but none of them was accessible. It frustrated me and then the item came 5 days late for my party!!!

Firstly I am a new customer to your store, who ordered an item for mother's Day. I ordered an item, which I wanted to order for express delivery. Granted some items are exempt from this, but without reading all your t&cs, I wouldn't know...but I did read your FAQs, which stated your do an express delivery. I contacted your customer service who informed me, stating your T&Cs. I responded to that email providing some recommendations, as I am an e-commerce manager myself for a UK based media and tech company, yet received no response to my message...not even thanks for the feedback or we'll pass this on. I contacted your customer services again asking where my item is. Your confirmation email said I'd get a tracking email....I haven't had this. My item hasn't arrived, I don't know how I can track it and I haven't had a response from your customer services. Bad service, poor communication and one unhappy customer who won't be returning.

I have resently moved house. I placed an order and immediately noticed it was being sent to the wrong address. The customer service line was shut due to bad weather (2 days AFTER the bad weather ended) so i emailed and was made aware that agents would respond asap as they could do so remotely. I asked if it would be possible to change the address and waited. 24 hours later i get a response saying if it hasnt been dispatched yes, and what would i like to change it to. I responded immediately. 9 hours later i get a dispatch noticed directly followed by an email from customer services saying sorry but it can't now be changed as its been dispatched. The customer service i received was shocking at best. When i sent an email back complaining of the poor service i never received a response. I have a redirection in place with Royal Mail but the Mothering Sunday gift i ordered and paid for still hasnt arrived and it's now the 13th of March, then i still need to send it down to my mother 400 miles away. I will not be ordering from this company again and will urge my friends and clients to do the same.

I had a conversation with someone telling me that they couldn’t put a simple change to my product. The mobile web page would not let me put a simple apostrophe into my personalisation

Parcel was lost due to weather issues. It was re-sent but I did not receive it in time. This was a gift purchased for a friend and I paid extra for delivery but did not receive it in time. Neither a refund was offered and I still haven't received the parcel.
