“Ordered an item and it didn't turn up so had to email customer service to be then told the item I ordered was out of stock. I checked online and it stated they had my order in stock but customer service then said there was a error on their website. My order was then cancelled which is very frustrating when it was for a birthday gift this coming week. Very unhappy 🙁”

“I ordered multiple items one was delivered it took me pointing out three items missing before I was informed they are out of stock so now offering a refund bad business practice disappointment now wondering how long my refund will take I would not of paid postage on one item only paid as ordering lots so caught out on that too, if out of stock update system it is not hard in the age of computers, false promises disappointed customers”
