“Would not order again the bottles when I ordered them appeared to be boxed and I thought they would make lovely gifts, No boxes just bottles. Very disappointing and not what i wanted at all. Very poor presentation for the gifts I required. Janet Leighton/”

“I saw your advert in the Sunday Express and thought the slippers would be good for my friend who was always complaining about being cold. I placed the order and received an acknowledgement and information as to when the slippers would be delivered. They arrived on the 25th and I was pleased with them. I liked them so much I placed another order! Well done.”

“My gift was supposed to arrive but still no sign of it. Money taken but gift not even passed on to the distribution people yet. Why give a date if they can't keep it”

“Delivery date of between Wed-Friday not adhered to. Still don't know when parcel will arrive. Unacceptable. Will not recommend or use again.”

“I love using Prezzybox; there’s something for everyone at very reasonable prices and so convenient as I live far from innovative shops. This is the second year I’ve ordered the ‘gin baubles’ - a perfectly packaged present, always well-received. I haven’t finished this season’s purchases - yet - so Prezzybox will be my ‘go to’ supplier.”

“I couldn't sleep in my hotel room so started to browse Prezzybox and managed to find nine excellent Christmas presents for friends and family. A technical error with the shipping costs was dealt with very speedily by the customer service team within a couple of days. Very happy with Prezzybox! 😁”
