“I can’t review the item I have bought from Prezzybox.com as I haven’t yet received the item I have paid for. I can put in a review about their sale of terms that are not entered on their website as far as I can see with regards to a price change after the first order didn’t go through by no fault of my own but the banks as they didn’t allow the order to go any further by their security rules. I had to go to the Bank the next day and explain what I wanted to do, they apologised and sent me the security number I should have had. I then re-ordered the item after Prezzybox sent me an email saying you’ve left something in the basket. After the re- order went through I have been charged an extra 50 pence, which isn’t a lot but after only a day or two the price jumped up with no indication that I could see on the website that Prezzybox can change their prices at anytime. So to say the least I was a bit surprised, so I might buy from another website where i can buy the same item at a lower price. I hope my husband likes the item I have bought him for Xmas.”
