“Was looking for a last-minute birthday gift for a friend, and the team were really helpful when I accidentally ordered to have it sent it to my own address rather than directly to my friend! They updated the delivery address with no problems - which took a weight off my mind!”

“First time using Prezzybox and it was a great customer experience. The website was intuitive to navigate, making it quick and easy to find a Next Day Delivery present for Fathers' Day within my budget . (I know, I should have ordered earlier, but thank goodness for Prezzybox, eh?) I made an error in the delivery option (completely my fault - there are a good choice of delivery options and I misread in haste) but it arrived in time for that choice :-) I would definitely use Prezzybox again for a great selection of gifts for all recipients and price ranges.”

“I love Prezzybox's Handmade Soap Collection. These tiny soap bars make lovely presents, particularly for anyone recovering from an operation or illness. They are great for special occasions as well. The soap collections are made up of different colours made in the Lake district from natural ingredients. They look and smell lovely and are perfect for occasions when you want to give something more personal than "brand name" soap.”
