“What’s better than sitting in a comfortable armchair and ordering gifts? Prezzybox is the answer. Great selection for every occasion. “Not delivered on time , even with confirmation it had been dispatched , poor customer service and would not recommend I had to ask for compensation and £5 was all that was received .. certainly won’t use this company again. This was an important present for an important birthday.”

“First time using Prezzybox and it was a great customer experience. The website was intuitive to navigate, making it quick and easy to find a Next Day Delivery present for Fathers' Day within my budget . (I know, I should have ordered earlier, but thank goodness for Prezzybox, eh?) I made an error in the delivery option (completely my fault - there are a good choice of delivery options and I misread in haste) but it arrived in time for that choice :-) I would definitely use Prezzybox again for a great selection of gifts for all recipients and price ranges.”
