“Present has still not arrived and it’s electronically being sent. Asking for a review when I’ve not even had the gift yet. Why is it taking so long???? Won’t be ordering again. It’s for a birthday tomorrow.”

“No problem with Prezzybox. Post Office delivery is a shambles. No delivery attempt ticket. No ability to pick parcel up from nearest PO depot. Next delivery slot available 4 days after the first try.”

“What’s better than sitting in a comfortable armchair and ordering gifts? Prezzybox is the answer. Great selection for every occasion. “Not delivered on time , even with confirmation it had been dispatched , poor customer service and would not recommend I had to ask for compensation and £5 was all that was received .. certainly won’t use this company again. This was an important present for an important birthday.”
