“My shopping experience was very good and there is a huge variety of gifts to chose from. But unfortunately when Royal Mail delivered it, they chucked it over the fence eventhough the package was labelled as glass and fragile so it could’ve easily ended up broken.”

“Online it was okay but found difficult to put in where I wanted the flowers to go to. Rang up to a lovely helpful lady. At funeral no signs of wreath at all.”
