“The presents were shipped out the same day but I paid for next day delivery and it took 3 days to arrive so I had to go and buy another present 😞but the presents that arrived were really nice”

“Parcel arrived yesterday 1st July….. and the marshmallow toasting kit only has a date on it til 14th July. Disgusting !!! This was going to be part of a birthday gift for my friends birthday end of the month so there is no chance on that. Nothing in the description stating a sort date. I will complain on Monday to your customer service. Very angry customer !!!!”

“I was very disappointed with this it’s not your fault it’s the delivery driver he damaged the flowers and a few fell off. The recipient was meant to be taking these for a funeral but was unable too. For 41 pound this was not acceptable. Really disappointed.”
