“For this review, I am rating the whole Prezzbox experience. I bought 4 Personalised Brass Traveller's Compass's, one for each of my sons. They are excellent and on those, alone, I would give five stars. I ordered them on 14th December with a delivery time of 3-5 working days, followed up by an email that they would arrive between Monday 20th and Weds 22nd December, in time for Christmas. I then got an email on Monday 20th December to say they had only just been despatched. When they didn't arrive on Thursday 23rd December I phoned and was advised they would likely arrive the next day, which they did. Ordered 2 together and the other 2 separately paying 3 lots of postage of £3.99 (total £11.97) but they were all put in one parcel? The product is great but communication around delivery time and postage costs have caused some concern hence only 3 stars.......sorry.”
