“Personalised cushion just arrived. Pleased with picture but there is an unsightly barcode on back side of cushion which spoils it.”

“Hello, I would give excellent - but only not, because I didn’t find the delivery address very clear on the website, when ordering. Consequently, once I did the Paypal bit, it was too late and went to the wrong delivery address. I immediately selected 'change address’, but the web form wouldn’t work. Excellent customer service, who apologised ad refunded the postage. But it could have been avoided if the delivery on order was clearer. Would order again though, as nice product and easy to find/buy.”

“Wild Olive Handmade Soap collection makes a fantastic gift. My daughter bought them as a gift for me and I've now bought for a close friend. They smell amazing and last ages. Delivery was excellent. I live in a maisonette and they brought this right to my door.”

“Order placed and paid for. Email next day-both items cancelled. Can only send personalised items to Northern Ireland due to Brexit. Nothing is mentioned on the website about this restriction. Ordered a similar item from a different company on the mainland-they shipped it the next day no issues at all”
