“The items I bought were actually of better quality than I thought, my only criticism is, and I would say not entirely Prezzyboxes fault, is that the delivery was very slow and they arrived literally on the day they were intended for secret santa”

“As this is a review of Prezzybox I have given 4 stars, if it was a review of Hermes delivery it would be less than zero! The Prezzybox site is easy to use, ordering simple and efficient, packaging of items ok too. Having them delivered into our wheelie bin was not so brilliant! The Prezzybox response when told this was prompt, professional, and provided confidence for ordering again in the future (thanks Zak), hopefully with a replacement delivery partner!”

“I am very impressed with Prezzy Box, as the replacement 'Man Mug' (due to original one having arrived in South Africa (SA), broken), was delivered to my sister's address in the UK very quickly, and thankfully this time around, it is in one piece. My grateful thanks to Prezzy Box also is for not charging me to have the mug replaced. The only advice I would like to offer to Prezzy Box, is to refrain from sending 'fragile' items that could easily shatter, due to poor handling methods over long distances, as was the case in this instance.... delivery from UK to SA. Alternatively, Prezzy Box should seriously consider using bubble wrap to protect fragile items being delivered over very long distances. I suspect, I am not the first customer to experience the disappointment of receiving a broken item intended as a birthday present. However, the final outcome was a very pleasant one, as whilst on my visit to the UK over the festive season, I will bubble wrap the 'Man Mug' before bringing it back with me to SA. THANK YOU Prezzy Box for your wonderful customer service. My very best wishes to all, with kind regards, Helena Simpson”

“Easy to order items, quickly dispatched, just the delivery company let them down, two delays on delivery, when I finally got the order one item missing off order, only one dispatched I had ordered two. Phoned prezzybox, they were very polite and helpful, dispatched the missed item asap and received next day by a better delivery company with a time slot delivery. Would def recommend”

“I was a bit concerned that my parcel was not going to turn up in time for Christmas, but it did albeit 2 days after the estimated delivery. Then again it was close to Christmas (20th) and I know the post service is stretched. It was well packed and everything I ordered looks great just right for those stocking fillers.”
