“Items were as advertised, value for money and arrived swiftly. However I hope Prezzybox would take a more economically friendly view with their packaging. A giant box is not needs to ship a few small items (items that are not fragile). I would buy from Prezzy Box again except for this reason. I hope they will take this issue into account in future.”

“Prezzybox staff were very helpful when my order didn't arrive. This as was a bit disappointing as I had paid extra for a quicker delivery. They were let down by their courier.”

“Prezzybox has a range of unique gifts that make shopping for specific people and occasions easy. The website is clear and navigable, and the checkout process is seamless. It is nice to have the option to checkout as a guest if you want to make a one off purchase or seldom use the site. The delivery was slower than estimated; for the price of the delivery, this is a little disappointing. Packaging was very good, however. Overall 4 stars.”

“Everything was good with my order, until it arrived without the gift box I had ordered and paid foralthoughI was grumpy at having to chase it up, the customer service guy was very polite and apologetic and told me he’ Get one sent out ASAP and promised it would arrive in time for Christmas. It hasn’t arrived yet but there is still time. So all in all I am happy with the service and the company.”

“Happier!! When I rang to express my concern over a delivery which hasn't happened yet, the girl who dealt with my concern was very helpful and has helped me see a way for a good resolution. The last day of delivery should have been last Friday and it is now 4pm on Tuesday. It is however only a few days to Christmas.”

“I was dissapointed with retro radio I bought as photos on line showed a much bigger picture and when I received it it was minute! Other than that true sizes should be shown in photos!”
