“I’ve used prezzy box before with no problems, but this year for some reason, one of my items was missing from the box, and you can only contact them on week days. However, I called them Monday morning and explained one of my items where missing and they where happy to send it out emmediately or give me a refund. So their customer service is excellent. This will not put me off using them as I’m sure this is a one off.”

“I was disappointed that prezzybox had sent a review yet my parcel hadn't arrived. So I contacted prezzybox to find out where my parcel was. Prezzybox looked into why it hadn't arrived. Unfortunately the retailer was awaiting part of the gift which was out of stock. It would have improved my experience if I had of been informed early there was a problem. Only reason I didn't give Very Good score is that communication between the seller and prezzybox didn't happen. Now arrived and pleased with purchase. Thank you”

“Excellent communication. Sadly the item took quite a while to get to me but that is because of the heavy snow, if I didn't need this present in such a rush it wouldn't have mattered too much”
