“I placed an order and wanted my order to be delivered quickly as it was a gift for a friend who was going away after 2 days. So I paid extra for the next day delivery. I was so disappointed to receive my parcel the 3rd day after placing the order instead of the next day. If you want to keep your customers happy, then maybe you need to change your delivery system as I feel that I was ripped off for an appaling delivery.”

“Great selection of gifts, great service and prompt delivery. The website was user friendly and easy to navigate and I was able to make a late change to my order which was efficiently executed. I have used Prezzybox about 5 times now and have been thoroughly satisfied each time. “Looking for a different gift and reasonably priced this was a brilliant site to use. Also had a promocode voucher from a bottle of wine bought from the supermarket. Order was placed and had updates on tracking and order arrived on the date they said it would when ordered. Brilliant service couldn't have asked for better.”
