I order three items and was given a due date. Only two items came on time within the third item was late. Problem with third order which results in it having to be sent back. I found Prezze box very unhelpful and will never use the site again. One unhappy custromer. Will ensure I tell as many people as possible how unhappy this company was.

The box was squashed and the product was rubbish. I wasn't expecting anything amazing given the price but I did expect it to be better than useless.

The gift was great and everything but what is the point if you order a birthday gift and pay extra money for the delivery which clearly says when it will arrive but it comes 5 days later. I would have been happy if they didn't lie and be realistic with the delivery days etc. Its very disappointing and at one point i totally regretted ordering something from here. If you buy something from here don't trust the delivery dates given. I could have just payed for standard delivery. And when i emailed them they didn't reply until i emailed them again.

I still have not received my order and you still have not replied to my query on this matter, if you are using Hermes for the delivery then it is not good for your image as practically every time something is sent by this courier it arrives even up to three weeks after the order - not sure who you are using but looking at the tracking history looks very familiar. Sadly this order will arrive too late for the intended receiver now.

I did not receive a confirmation email or dispatched email. Therefore, I emailed you twice to ask where my parcel was and no reply, which resulted in me having to go through PayPal to find out where my parcel was. Due to this my friend got her birthday present a week late. I will not be ordering from here again.

Product damaged. Rang and was advised what needed to do. Told them when needed christening present and was advised would be contacted. I have had to ring 3 times and it was only yesterday that someone rang me back. Still not sure if will be received in time.

I ordered on the 10th April and paid extra for next day delivery, yet I am still productless 8 days later!!! My order has apparently been delivered and signed for but nobody knows where! I didn't even receive anything through my door to say where it went. After contacting my neighbours (two each side and one across the road) to see if any of them had taken it in I called the helpline to be told they could email me a copy of the signature over - which made no difference to me because I knew it wasn't mine!!! I was also told that they would resend my order straight away (which is fair enough - these things happen) but I am STILL waiting and have had no further contact from them!! Basically I am over £20 down with NOTHING to show for it. GGGRRRRRR!!!! This is a photo of my floor with nothing in it!!...

Your initial delivery was showing on the tracking as 'delivered and signed for', which as i'm sure you can appreciate, our team had to investigate with our couriers- Our team informed you of this immediately, however when the signature was not recognised, we sent you a replacement order on an upgraded service. The tracking for the replacement again states the item has been delivered, however, since you could not locate the item again, a full refund was made into your account for your order. As with most UK IT systems you assume a UK format for Post Code. This led to the order initially being rejected. When I persisted you allowed my "foreign" Post Code and received payment. You sent an email it was being dispatched but did not confirm delivery When I try to track the delivery it is NOT in your system. ARE YOU JOKING!
