Will never be using prezzybox again, ordered presents for my mother-in-law and was so disappointed when they arrived. The pamper pack was tiny and the chocolates were all melted and literally looked as if I had got them from poundland. I wanted to return both gifts immediately but they don't accept chocolates so cant refund them, even though they were still in original packaging. Plus I am still waiting for my refund for the pamper pack. Will not be wasting my time with this company again.

I am yet to receive my parcel despite being told it would be here on Friday the 9th. I spoke to customer service on the friday who checked the address and confirmed it would arrive on Saturday 10th June. The tracking option stated that there was an address query which was rectified and only a couple of hours later it had changed to delovery failed after 3 attempts despite the fact no one on my workplace had taken on any parcels for me. I have had several parcels delivered to my work address before with no issues. There is no customer service available on the weekends so I cannot speak to anyone about the issue till Monday. At no point was I contacted via email or phone to deal with the address query.

I had a delivery date given of 1st - 5th June. Parcel had not arrived by June 8th so I emailed to ask where it was. I tried tracking on your site but tracking was not available on my order. Now on June 9th I have not had a reply, except for the auto reply, to my query of June 8th and I still do not have my purchase - could not be any worse really.

Received very quickly. Had brought the give for my father but it has massive scratches all over it. Discoloration and looked like it had been rubbed in mug on the bottom of my it's. Overall not happy

I am not satisfied with the delivery timings of this company. They don't fulfilled what they said to. I am still waiting for my order to reach. And I have flight want to take that gift with me. But the company lazy service

Never contacted me about discontinuation of a product until I queried where my delivery was after I received a dispatch email with a delivery date. Why did I receive this dispatch email if I was never going to receive the product? Not going to purchase from again

On 11/02/17 I ordered a photo of two cats with their tails in twined for our 25th wedding anniversary in June, with our names and wedding date to commemorate the day but after contacting the customer services department a couple of times and leaving many bad reviews, my complaint falls on deaf ears, and no refund has been offered or received. If I want to donate to a cause I would donate to a child cancer cause and not a company like this. Where is my order/refund????????? DON'T TRUST THIS COMPANY. Small claims court, here I come. I have given this company more than enough time to sort this out!

I ordered a book with a personalized message on Friday afternoon. I realised later I had made an error and on Saturday morning before 9.0am I replied to your email with an amendment request. On Monday morning I was sent an email telling me I was too late.

I was taken to payment screen without being able to specify a delivery address. It defaulted to deliver to my home address - I informed your staff within 30 seconds but they failed to respond and went ahead an hour or so later and sent it to my home - ie nowhere near where it needed to go. i won't use the site again. Improve your UI

I ordered the engraved lyric keyring on the advertisment it shows both sides engraved one with the song title and artists name the other with the song On recieving it only one side was engraved with song title & artis name If id known this i wouldnt of paid that amount of money Totally spoilt my Anniv gift for my Husband thanks to poor advertising

The box I bought was of poor quality it had a piece with a chunk out and the finish was rough also the backs of the frames are of poor quality and the corners where bending and coming apart from when I opened it very disappointed!

Very disappointed. Bought a birthday present with expected delivery a few days before the recipients birthday. Nothing arrived so I checked the tracking which showed a return to sender requested. I queried this with prezzybox only to be told the product had been discontinued, I would not receive an alternate although I would be refunded. This is the day before the recipients birthday and it has taken me contacting the company before finding this out. I now have to rush around trying to find another present. Very disappointed. I should have been informed the day or day after my purchase was made that I would not receive the item. Will not use this company again.
