I didn't receive my order even though it said that it's delivered, and I emailed prezzy box but still haven't heard anything from them

Two weeks later and I've still not received my order. I contacted customer service but they have not been much help. Still waiting on another reply.

Order was just cancelled! I was left very disappointed- it was a a wedding gift ! If you are unable to fulfill an order don't advertise it ! Will not be using prezzybox again and neither will my friends and family ! Disgusting service !

Was not a happy customer when i eventually received my item on Saturday Email pressie box about my order to ask if it was going to arrive in a gift box. I was told no not a gift box bought just a box. When i got my order it arrived in a bag. Total waste of money golf ball was given to my child to play with

Placed order, they withdrew the money, never arrived. When I contacted them they said they couldn't fulfill the order but would issue a refund. However if I hadn't of contacted them they wouldn't of refunded and when I companies about poor customer service I had no reply. Stay clear of this company!!!!!

It took over a week after ordering and paying for my item for me to receive a msg telling me it was no longer available and they would refund me. Very disappointed that the order was accepted and not fulfilled.

I ordered a balloon banner for my sisters 21st birthday. My item arrived very slowly and it was faulty. Many of the balloons had holes in them and there were 2 letters missing which is very dissapointing

Weren't able to deliver by the date I needed and it didn't even arrive by the latest date they quoted. Disappointed.

Ordered 2 products which where dispatched on the 25th still waiting for these to be delivered paid almost £8 altogether with postage disgusting service I expect a postage refund

Ordered next day, did not get a dispatch email. Emailed and called with no response! The phones had a BT fault! By Tuesday I received an email advising 2 items were in fact out of stock. Poor communication and poor customer service! Used you as read you're a small family based company! Will NOT be using you again!

The items I bought were way smaller than expected very exspensive for the price won't be shopping on here again

The goods I ordered were expected before the 21st April in time for my son's birthday. Today is the 27th and it still hasn't arrived. Furthermore when I tried to email to find out what was happening I had a message send failure so that is why I am not happy.
