I was sent the item I ordered but it was not engraved with what I wanted. When I then attempted to email you I was told I'd get a reply within 48 hours which was not good considering I needed the gift for Tuesday 25th for my fiancés birthday.

I actually love this, saw it on This Morning and bought it there and then. Delivery, brilliant - couldn't fault it. However! Bluetooth works lovely, connects really quick to my iPhone - music plays lovely - put the lights on though and it shuts down inside a minute.........not best chuffed!!

I bought British bake off bath bombs and all four were smashed to bits I shall not recommend this website and shall not purchase from here again These were a birthday gift for a friend and have now ended up in the bin a complete waste of money !!

Bad experience from start to finish. badly let down on gift I ordered , no commmunication between warehouse and customer service. Made agreement with customer services only for them to let me down again the next day ......will never use again and my daughter is now without a birthday present ..... a terrible service .

The photo frame I Ordered was literally just a bit of paper printed out, not what it looked like online at all. Not worth £28 at all! Absolutely disgusting

Had no notification of arrival since ordered, was advised between 7/7/17 to 11/7/17. Heard nothing regarding delivery time or despatched. Why be asked for a review before delivery?

I decided to use your website as my daughter lives in the U.K and I live in NZ. I thought wonderful, kids section, I'll use that. So ordered my daughter a Bathbomb making kit and some colour changing nail polish for her 9th birthday. She loved the Bathbomb kit. However .... the colour changing nail did not arrive. What did arrive was a "jar" of Hand Shit. Yes Hand Shit, see photo below. As you can imagine her mother / my ex was not to impressed with "my choice". After many angry and explanatory emails and messages I was finally aloud to speak to my daughter on her Birthday. So... can someone please explain what the hell happened. I will never use your website again.

I was quite disappointed with this book as it was all in black & white on what I consider to be printed on poor quality paper. I don't think it is worth anywhere the £29.99 - more like £9.99.
