I never recieved my item, prezzybox cannot track the item and i work 67hrs a week so cannot attempt to trace its whereabouts myself, basically it's cost £28 to recieve nothing, i will not be a returning customer so all in all not the best way to run a company

Cheap plastic bottle. Couldn’t put an apostrophe on label. Very disappointed as bought from my granddaughter to her mum.

Very disappointed with the Christmas decoration I ordered, the writing on the Father Christmas was so small it was hardly legible also the writing of the name George was minute. Not at all what I expected and Inshall be returning it

I paid for next day delivery, did not turn up until two days later, and I paid for next day delivery, what made it worse was it for a birthday present so arrived too late.

Very expensive for what was delivered. Printed on cheap paper. This was a christening gift that looked dull, boring and overpriced. I won’t shop again

I ordered a personalised baby onesie for around £25.00 - so expected this to be right. The item came with the personalised name the wrong way round. Disappointing as this was a gift. I am now told just to wait for an for an email. Customer service poor and informal.

Product delivered was extremely poor quality, the picture was fuzzy and blurry, the frame was flimsy and cheap, and the glass cover isnt glass but plastic. Terrible

I ordered a gift for my boyfriends birthday , I paid for next day delivery , when I tracked the order it said it had been shipped and was due to arrive 04/10. This was perfect as it would arrive in time for his birthday however I was very disappointed as it did not arrive until the 06/10. I have already contacted customer services about this on the 5th and I am still awaiting response.

The book is so thin!! It’s so embarrassing that is cost almost £20 and looks like it’s worth about a fiver!!! I will have to go out and buy another present now!!
