Wish there was a 0 rating I will never order from here again I’m not happy with a single item I received either there small for the price or they are broken. Such a rip off😡😡

Poor quality of engraving looks very cheap, in addition website did not state that the cutlery could not be used in a dishwasher and was for ages 3 upwards. The stainless steel also seems quite fragile. Extremely disappointed and annoyed because I have lost the option to return because of personalisation. This is the first and last time that I would you this website and would not recommend to anyone.

Order placed and paid extra for next day delivery which would have been Thursday delivery as this was for a gift over the weekend but this get delivered until the Monday so very disappointing

My delivery was supposed to be yesterday or today yet no delivery was made. Disappointed as I’ve waited in for this delivery.

I ordered some gifts about a week ago now, baring in mind that the caption on the postage section expressed that it would be delivererd next day, I haven’t yet even received an email to say that the items have been dispatched

Website allowed me to pay for express delivery when they cannot post express delivery to Northern Ireland. Required the parcel by Tuesday and was only told on the Monday afternoon that it wasn't possible! Had to find a same day delivery gift online to arrive by the Tuesday!

I purchased what was described on the website as “a gorgeous placemat and coaster set”. When it arrived there was no coaster, just a laminated picture. When I sent a complaint, I was generously(!) offered a £5 discount off my next purchase, but I have no intention of purchasing anything else from Prezzybox - ever! NB I see that the description on the website has now been corrected.

"next Day weekend arrival delivery" which i paid premium for was rubbish and meant the gift arrived on the monday, not the Saturday despite ordering mid-morning on a friday. totally late and useless as the gift needed to be next day arrival (hence the extra cost and use of this site) the company refunded £2 difference in delivery charge which is a pathetic attempt at customer services apology. I wouldnt use them again, much more reliable sites out there who will deliver what they say, when they say.

Still awaiting reply about my order delivery card says in a bin for safety reasons as I wasn’t able to get parcel.email said it had been signed for yet I still have no parcel would like this to sorted out ASAP please email Prezzybox two days ago and awaiting a reply then you ask for a review

Unfortunately I was disappointed with the book. It looks at lot cheaper than it does in the picture. In my opinion it is very overpriced for what you actually get. I bought this as a christening gift and now I am having to buy another present.
