As yet I haven’t received my parcel, so leaving a review is difficult. What I can say is that It was ordered well over a week ago and I still haven’t received it, please can you enlighten me of where it is?

Ordered an item and paid an additional £9.99 for next day delivery. Two days later I messaged them to be told that the item was out of stock and it would be a week before any weren’t in stock I could either wait or have a refund. I requested a refund and was ignored to then have the item turn up before they said it would be in stock and of course they took my money and addiontal money for the next day delivery I didn’t receive.

I ordered a present to be delivered by the 26th and it still has not come- 2 days after expected delivery, which has now missed the persons' birthday. Overall website was not helpful in any way and late delivery. Will not use this company again.

I was really disappointed with the personalised ABC book I ordered. When it arrived the edge was all curled up and scuffed. It was for a birthday that day so felt embarrassed giving it to the parents for their son. I would like to request a full refund please. The Father Christmas book came today and was ok.

Ordered a personalised bottle of wine when it arrived the label was all grubby not enough time to return it but they did offer a new label or £5 refund

Extremely dissapointed and I will not be using this website again. I was informed my order would arrive by Friday 4th August, and given you charge £3.99 for delivery I expected it to arrive on time. As it was a birthday gift, we were unable to give the gift. I will not be recommending this website to anyone.

I made an order on the 2/08 @ 12nn for a last minute birthday present. Paid a £6.99 fee for the "next day delivery guarantee" service. Come "next day", no present delivered. Messaged prezzybox that it inconvenienced me and I want just a refund of the fee because i felt that I didn't get what I paid for. They insisted that the estimated date of delivery was on the 4th, which was not reflected on my screen upon purchasing. Not guaranteering at all. And cannot even give a customer a good will gesture. Shame.

Rubbish, wanted to give this to my wife to be before my wedding day but came damaged, tried to complain and the system stopped working. Hopefully they will sort it out. By contacting me after this. Shame the true meaning and moment has passed
