Item delivered separately from gift. Awful customer service, despite being given the opportunity to rectify issue. Correspondence contained bad grammar, a condescending tone and overall, was insufficient. I will not be recommending to friends and family, I also intend to leave negative feedback across social media, to prevent others from wasting their money and time with this company. In future, I will spend my money with Moonpig

The items you purchased have different production times and are shipped from two separate external partners, meaning we cannot guarantee arrival of both items at the same time. You emailed me, last week explaining 1 of the items from my order is out of stock, but when its back in stock I will be sent all other items, I've heard nothing from you and wondering where my parcel. I think someone should of been in touch really and confirmed when its being sent, this with me, but instead no one has, these are all Christmas presents, for friends who don't live near me. can someone tell when I will receive this?

Always have trouble with the deliveries. Am awaiting some goods now. Had an email from your selves 5 days ago, saying my parcel was on the road. Tried tracking the parcel online and it was not working. Spoke to one of your customer care people and they said they would investigate the issue. This is not the first time I have had problems receiving parcels.

I’ve paid £3.99 for delivery on an item that cost £2.99 so far it’s not arrived six days later that is poor service by any standard!
