“I paid for next day delivery, it then didnt come on the next day, took about 3 days before i phoned and they said they would get me one for 12pm the next day and it still didnt come, then when i really needed the item it wasnt there for thst time so basically got something that i dont need anymore and i will be phoning up to get a refund”

“Delivery took 7 days to come even though was dispatched the following day I purchased. When product arrived the box was completely open & the present all separated and all over! Also to return I have to pay for it myself! Absolutely disgusting when it wasn’t even my fault the box etc came damaged!”

“Do not use this company! They use a budget currier who are shocking!! They were obviously too busy to deliver my parcel and it now says it’s going back to the company. I now don’t have a secret Santa present. Shocking service and still no refund!!”

“I still have not received any of my items, I have been told 2 items are now out of stock, with 1 not coming back in stock until January, I have tried to cancel this item and get a refund as I need for Christmas and have had to order of eBay but none of my emails have been replied to. 1 item was supposed to be here on the 1st December yet it still hasn't been dispatched and it's now the 3rd December. My final item says it will be delivered between the 1st and 6th but we will see if it arrives on time. This is my first ever order with prezzybox and it has been awful. It's a shame because you have some really cool stuff but your service has let you down and means I won't be using you again as it is too risky and unreliable.”

“Hermes state on their website the parcel was delivered and signed for at 17.18 on the 3rd Dec 2017, no one has delivered any parcel to me.”
