No sign of my items, Hermes delivery useless as always. There website says tried to deliver, they didn't, it now says out for delivery today, 8th December, it's 5 pm no chance

Estimated delivery was between 02/12 - 05/12 however it is now the 07/12 and I still have not recieved my item. I needed the item by 08/12 as it a secret Santa gift for Work. Paid £3.99 for delivery. I really expected more for a paid delivery service.

Ordered a beauty advent calendar in November 29th and still not received it on Thursday 7th despite delivery being 1-4th December. Emailed to find out where it was and was told that I had to wait longer as it was only a few days late! And told maybe I should check local sorting office as it may have been delivered and returned to royal mail office! Basically palmed off and blamed other parties. Emailed again and more feeble excuses. Want a refund as an advent calendar that arrives in 2nd week isn’t a lot I’d use!!!! And also customer services need desperate improvement. Whatever happened to the customer is always right! Dreadful company would not recommend - would warn people off!!!

I don't know as I haven't heard that the gift has actually been delivered yet & should have been delivered at the latest by today ??? I was told I would receive an email to track it but have not even had that & ordered it a week ago !

I still have not received the order and it is not counted ad lost until after 15 days. Very poor service. You take the money and no goods are received.

I am very disappointed with this keyring. I understood one could requested the engraving and it hasn't arrived in this way. The initials are too small and the rest of the wording is irrelevant. I am not happy with the quality of the product either and I would like to return it.

I ended up paying extra for my delivery to arrive on a certain day as it was urgent and I needed it by the Friday of ordering it. However, my package did not arrive till the at least 3 days after it was due to arrive. Very unimpressed

It took far too long to receive the item. I paid £3.99 to receive the product which took over a week. Although my daughter was happy with the product I will not be using your company again. Although it isn’t much, to charge someone for delivery and it take that amount of time is discaceful.

My card was used after my purchase, had not used it for a month or more until then, 3 days later it was used to purchase white goods online. Not saying your company was to blame, but the bank said your security is very poor.
