“I ordered from Printed Today BEFORE seeing the reviews here, and probably would've not ordered if I had, but I was pleasantly surprised.
Ordering from Printed Today was very simple and straightforward, if a little clunky at first. I ordered one custom sized banner, and after confirming the order with the online chat (for some reason??) I was asked to send my design via WeTransfer. They downloaded the file promptly, and got a proof for me to check the next day. Upon seeing the proof I saw I had sent them the wrong version of my design, and so I had to resend it, which they again promptly downloaded it and sent me another proof.
After approval, it took three working days (I approved on a Friday night) for the banner to arrive. The banner was well printed and great quality for the extremely good price they charge. My experience with Printed Today was very positive, and I'll be going back to them if I need their printing services again.”
“Ordered roller banners on Wed 5 June after an online chat, even though there was suddenly 'a problem' and they couldn't do 24hr delivery. Then heard nothing from them so contacted them on Friday to check and was told delivery would be Tuesday. When I asked if it could be earlier i was told not to worry, it could be Monday! Rang Tuesday lunchtime and they admitted the banners hadn't even been printed but offered more discounts for Friday delivery. I said no, cancelled the order and asked for a refund, which i am still waiting for over a week later. They are incompetent and make empty promises. Don't use them.”
“Paid for next day delivery, nothing showed up and we were left without banners for our convention. Refund took forever to process then we received the banners anyway, which were terrible quality. To top this off they'd printed two of the same design instead of the two separate designs we'd asked for. Bad customer service, slow, rude. AVOID.”
“Warning!! Please do not use this company! I ordered a banner in plenty of time for an exhibition, it never arrived, therefore I had no presence at the event and it resulted in loss of earnings!!! I was continuously lied to as to where it was, one story was that they'd sent it to a different customer, they said they would re print one and never did. It caused my company a serious amount of grief. Please do not use this company!!!!”
“When you ask for next day delivery on Monday, in person over the phone, then get told its actually Friday
And then patronised by being told several times "don't worry". Sorry if I am worries but my business will be relying on these banners, so yes I AM worried. Awful, avoid.”
“Order and delivery were great, yet the quality of the banner was super poor, I ordered a Black banner but it comes Grey. I used the same artwork with another company and the banner come Black and great quality. Tried to resolve the issue with the company, no reply to the latest email. Never use again.”
“I found this company and decided to give them a try out even with so few reviews to go on. .....and am sooo glad I did. Nothing was too much trouble, no extra charges were slipped onto price and the delivery arrived the following morning (even after I only expected a 5 day delivery service) product perfect , efficiency perfect, ... Excellent work !”
